Panorama Factory is a panoramic stitching program. Panorama Factory creates high-quality panoramas from a set of highly automated manner overlapping digital images. You can add image hotspots, export to VR formats and create web pages that link your images in the virtual tours. The software also corrects for lens distortion induced and create either cylindrical or spherical image projections. Additional features include a zoom screen, support for digital SLRs, correction for barrel distortion correction brightness falloff and interactive controls. Panorama Factory is a program that allows you to create panoramic views. Panorama Factory creates images that rival expensive rotational and swing made panoramic camera lenses. Not only can the Panorama Factory facilitate creation of a deep VR world, it is also the art of panoramic photographer who wishes to work in an ordinary 35mm images or images with digital cameras. Panorama Factory supports JPG, BMP, PNG, TIFF image formats and QTVR, IVR and PTViewer virtual form. Properties allows you to add virtual panorama hotspots, and create and update web pages and thumbnail indexes. Hotspots are used to link panoramas together. For example, a set of panoramas showing rooms in your home that can be linked together so that clicking to move from one room to another. Users can automatically create web pages and thumbnail indexes when the panoramic images are stored. Web pages and thumbnail indexes are created templates. Some predefined templates are provided with the Panorama Factory, and users can create their own templates. This software option corrects barrel distortion and brightness falloff, two problems common to many digital cameras. These problems can be corrected automatically and, if necessary, the user can adjust the corrections interactively. Automatic image alignment and focal length detection can also be adjusted interactively.
